Red Castle is one of THE MOST impressive destinations in the Uintas, and it also happens to have one of the easiest approaches! With about 12 miles (or 9 to Lower Red Castle Lake, a popular camping area) and less than 2500 feet of elevation gain (1500 to Lower Red Castle Lake), it's "relatively" easy.
